In advance, the studio manager specifies the time and address of delivery.
When placing an order, you can specify whether you want the recipient to know that the courier will deliver exactly the flowers.

Self-delivery
Free of charge from TORY studio and studio stores (self-delivery points). The addresses of the stores and their working hours can be found on the page Contacts From the moment of ordering, the goods are delivered to the point of self-delivery within 4 hours.
General terms
If the intended recipient is unresponsive, unavailable, or requests a later delivery date, the same product can be delivered again the next day, but an extra fee will apply. Please note that the re-delivery will be for the same item in its current condition. If the condition is unsatisfactory, the sender must repurchase the items, and delivery will take place once the recipient confirms.
If the recipient does not respond during the delivery process, the sender will be notified. If there is no response from the sender within 24 hours since the delivery time, the order will be canceled without a refund.
If you want to change the message on the printed card for any reason, you will be charged an amount equal to the card's price.
Order Refusal
- If the intended recipient rejects the order before it is prepared, a refund will be provided. However, if the order has already been prepared, a refund will not be given. In such situations, the sender must arrange for an alternate recipient.
- If the receiver rejects the order upon delivery, a refund will not be provided, and the order will be returned to our facility. The sender will need to provide an alternative recipient, and a re-delivery fee will be applied.
Returns Eligibility
You have the option to request a return for any of the following purposes:
- Concerning quality: If you experience any problems with the quality of your received order and we verify the issue, you can choose to request a replacement product, an alternative product of equivalent value, or receive a complete refund for your purchase.
- Regarding quantity: If the quantity of the order you received does not match what you requested, and we confirm this discrepancy, you have the option to request a replacement of the missing item(s) or receive a refund that is equivalent to the value of the missing item(s).
