Returns of Goods of Proper Quality
If for any reason the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you may contact us. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” products of proper quality may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To process a return, the following must be provided:
- purchase receipt
- product in full комплектation
- undamaged original packaging and box
- intact labels and manufacturer seals
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that flowers and related products (including sweets, fruits, children’s toys, and gift items) are non-returnable in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172.
Inspection Upon Delivery
When receiving goods via a delivery service (such as Nova Poshta or other carriers), you must carefully inspect:
- the condition of the packaging
- the completeness of the order
In case of damage during transportation, compensation is provided by the delivery service.
Returns of Defective Goods
If you receive a product of improper quality (defective), you have the right to request a replacement with a proper-quality product.

Refunds for Cancelled Unfulfilled Orders
If a customer cancels an unfulfilled order, the refund will be processed at the nearest bank.
